fix(datafusion): reject TRUNCATE on temporary targets - #1335

Purpose

Linked issue: closes #1334

Prevent TRUNCATE TABLE from clearing persistent tables hidden by temporary tables or views.

Brief change log

• Reject temporary targets before loading the persistent table.
• Reuse existing temporary-object resolution.
• Add regression coverage for regular, IF EXISTS, and partition TRUNCATE statements.

Tests

• Confirmed the regression fails before the fix.
• Verify rejected operations preserve persistent data.
• Verify regular and partition truncation still work after removing temporary objects.
